Fascinating.
A picture whose colors (or lack thereof) mirror the human vision of the world in which everything seems to be considered as being either black or white, good or evil, moral or immoral, dead or alive etc.
The shades of reality that in fact are responsible for giving birth to these two polar extremes seem to only have had an impact on our vision of how we represent the world, photographically or otherwise, and not on how we constitute it meaningfully in our relational and concernful being in the world with others.
Isn't it strange that in a world in which human representations are more and more complex and intricate, human reality seems to fall deeper and deeper into this manichean cleavage?
